The browser nets every person hours down by the business days they are present and the leave they have booked, measures utilisation against the target for their role, finds the crunch week the period average hides, and then actually staffs the upcoming work - highest priority first, week by week, only from people whose roles match - so the shortfall it reports is one you cannot wish away with a total. Short, it names the smallest set of initiatives whose deferral genuinely clears it, prices the hire with its lead time and ramp, or says plainly that the committed work does not fit the people who exist. All free, no account. The metered pass adds the move for each person out of band and the staffing verdict on each initiative, and every hour it quotes is counted back against the measurement.
