How does the free trial work?
All paid plans include a 30-day free trial. You'll need to enter a payment method, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Choose your billing interval when you subscribe. Yearly plans save you 2 months compared to monthly. You can change your billing interval from the billing page at any time.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect immediately and your account reverts to the Free plan. Any unused time on your billing period is credited to your account balance and automatically applied to future invoices if you resubscribe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between Pro and Enterprise?
Yes. You can switch plans any time from the billing page. When you change plans, Stripe automatically prorates the difference so you only pay for what you use.
What happens to my skills if I downgrade?
All your saved skills remain intact. If you exceed the Free tier's 5 shared skill limit, existing share links stay active but you can't create new ones until you're under the limit.
How does Enterprise storage work?
Enterprise storage is sold in units of 10 GB at $100/month (or $1,000/year) per unit. Select the amount you need during checkout. You can adjust your storage allocation by changing your plan.
Do I need a paid plan to scan or verify skills?
No. Security scanning and dual-side cryptographic verification are available on every plan, including Free. We believe security should never be gated behind a paywall.
