Paste a new hire's details, your team roster, your access list and your company holidays. The browser computes the whole calendar for free: Day 1 through Day 5 as real business days, every account and laptop backfilled from its lead time to the date it must be ordered by, which of those dates have already passed, the provisioning order with prerequisites first, a Day 1 timetable that fits the actual workday, week-1 1:1s with whoever does not fit named, ranked buddy candidates, plus a plan document, a task CSV and an .ics calendar. The AI pass adds the role-specific tasks, measurable 30/60/90 goals, a reading list and a sendable welcome email - and every date and person it returns is re-counted against the measurement.
