Free in the browser: an emulation of deepTools 3.5.6's own argument parser for all 20 commands, the argument-only exits in each tool, best-practice checks (RPGC without a genome size, extended RNA-seq reads, another assembly's genome size, missing Tn5 shift), the skill's workflow templates, and what each edit resolved.
