Spend Lens — paste the cloud bill, get the savings plan
Drop an AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI cost export and get a FinOps savings plan. The browser does the arithmetic for free with no model call: it maps the columns whatever they are named, totals and ranks the bill, measures untagged spend against your required cost-allocation tag keys, matches fifteen named waste rules each with the recoverable fraction it assumes stated next to the number, scores commitment coverage against eligible compute, models storage tiering and isolates data transfer, finds the movers and the days beyond two sigma, rightsizes on measured utilisation where the export carries it, grades the estate, and generates the Terraform budget, tag defaults and lifecycle rules your own numbers imply. The AI pass adds the judgement: ordered levers with effort and risk, a fix and a risk note per finding, a commitment plan in the term you said you would accept, and a thirty-day sequence that puts deletions before commitments.
