Subtitle Studio — speech-recognition subtitles in, a corrected .srt out

Clean

Drop a speech-recognition .srt or .vtt and get a corrected file whose timings never move. The browser does the whole deterministic pass for free: it parses SRT and WebVTT even when the blank-line separators or cue numbers went missing, reports the duplicate and out-of-order numbering, overlaps, zero-length, reversed and unparseable cues an automatic export leaves behind, measures chars-per-second and line length against separate Latin and CJK ceilings, applies the terminology you declare across every spacing, casing and hyphenation variant of it, joins spoken punctuation back into identifiers, repairs the homophones whose direction is not in doubt, and derives a candidate glossary from the file itself when you have no term list — then writes the corrected file, the word-level diff, the changes CSV and the measurement JSON, with no account and nothing charged. Cue timings, numbering and the one-to-one cue correspondence are invariants: every export is re-parsed and compared against the original before it can leave the page. The AI pass receives only the cues no rule can settle — a phonetic mangling that normalises to nothing, a homophone the sentence has to decide — and every cue it returns is counted exactly once, checked in both directions against the raw text it was handed, and held to the spellings you declared. A derived work of the @sugarforever/subtitle-correction skill (MIT).
