Track Cycling
A 250 m UCI velodrome in the browser: flying 200 m, individual pursuit, match sprint and keirin. The bicycle balances by steering, using the canonical linearised Carvallo-Whipple equations published by Meijaard, Papadopoulos, Ruina and Schwab (Proc. R. Soc. A 463:1955, 2007) - all sixteen of that paper's published matrix entries and all forty-four of its published eigenvalue figures are reproduced, and the benchmark machine itself is rideable. The two-mass-skate result of Kooijman, Meijaard, Papadopoulos, Ruina and Schwab (Science 332:339, 2011) is in the test suite. The venue follows UCI Cycling Regulations part 3; drag, rolling resistance, drafting and power come from field and wind-tunnel measurements credited in CREDITS.txt. An independent reimplementation, not affiliated with the UCI or any velodrome, team or rider.
