Zoetrope Bench
A bench for temporal sampling and aliasing. One sampler drives a zoetrope drum and a strobed wheel; it is never given the aliasing law and recovers it anyway, to 2.13e-14 per second over 576 grid points. Measures every standstill and reversal threshold, shows that the drum rate cancels out of every ratio a zoetrope can produce, and runs the persistence-of-vision explanation to show it is time-symmetric and therefore cannot report a direction of motion. Independent reimplementation; the zoetrope is Victorian and out of copyright. Sources read in full are credited in CREDITS.txt, and the ones that could not be read are declared.
